Payment

Our online payments are processed by PayPal - this applies to credit/debit card payments and payments from PayPal accounts.

If you would like to arrange to pay by cheque / postal order, please make a note of the items you wish to order and contact us for further information.

Local Authority / School Purchase Orders

We accept local authority and school purchase orders. These should be placed by post, or by email to orders-at-beatentrackpublishing.com. Please ensure all correspondence includes your account number and a contact email address for any queries.

If this is the first time you are ordering from us, please contact us with your details (your name, department and organisation). We will then provide your organisation with an account number, for ordering and invoicing purposes.

Shipping and Postage

Orders are processed on the next working day (except for preorders on products awaiting release) and ship directly from our print partner, Lightning Source International. We post worldwide.

Electronic Delivery

eBooks are priced inclusive of delivery charges. However, please be aware that you may incur costs when transferring files to your mobile reading device.

UK

Postage to addresses within the UK is charged by weight. Orders are shipped via First Class Royal Mail.

FIrst Class is usually delivered next day, but not guaranteed.

Europe

Postage to Europe is charged by weight2. Orders are shipped via Airmail.

Rest of World

Orders are shipped via Airmail.
