Returns and Cancellations

We are happy to accept the return of any item within 14 days of order placement, providing it is in its original condition, in its original packaging and with tags intact, where appropriate.

We do not require a reason for your return, although it would be appreciated if you could provide one, particularly if the goods are faulty.

Once we have received your returns and checked the items, we will process a refund, normally via PayPal. Refunds / replacements are usually processed within 5 working days. Unless the item is damaged or faulty, we will not usually refund shipping costs.

We are happy to replace faulty items or items of the wrong format or size - please ensure that you include whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement when you return your item(s). We will not usually replace a product with a different product.

Faulty / Damaged Items
We will refund the cost of shipping for items that are faulty or have been damaged in transit.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept goods that are returned to us damaged or tarnished in any way. However, if the goods have been damaged in transit, you must inform us immediately so that we can investigate and claim as necessary.

The following items are also exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and therefore will not usually be accepted as returns:
  • Personalised items - this includes books signed by authors addressed to the purchaser.

Returns Address
Please return items via recorded delivery or other signed-for service. We can not accept responsibility for or refund returns that are lost in the post, unless you have proof of sending.
